We will go over the process with you so you understand what is needed and what to expect.

What is required from you and what you can expect from us to successfully collect your Judgment.

 Required from you:

  • Copies of the original Judgment and any supporting materials.
  • A notarized Judgment Assignment Agreement (contract between you and Legal Revenue Services, LLC).
  • A notarized Acknowledgment of Assignment to be filed with the district court of record.

Expected from us:

  • All documents will be filed with the district court within 72 hours of receipt.
  • We will start collection procedures to locate the debtors and assets immediately.
  • A monthly update to notify you of any progress or action concerning your case.
  • Every account is kept confidential and at no time will any information be sold or shared.
  • 24 hour response time to all e-mails and telephone messages.
  • For your convenience, all business conducted can be completed via mail, e-mail or fax. If you choose a one-on-one free consultation, one is available upon request.
